Out of Pocket Expenses

Out of pocket expenses such as materials and travel will be invoiced at cost.

Project Administration

A project administration fee charged at 10% of labour costs will be added

Project Startup

A startup fee of $1,940USD/$2,270CAD is applicable if the total project value is less than CAD$60,000

Taxes & Fees

As always, taxes and fees are extra as applicable.

How We Invoice

For projects <$100,000

We invoice 50% on signing, 50% upon completion

For projects >$100,000

We establish invoice trigger points based on project milestones
